Because of the sudden drop of temperature this season sometimes i get tempted to go back to bed and sleep for hours like a hibernating animal during winter season.<br />I usually wake up as early as  5 or 6am  during the weekends, pick my <a href="http://www.easyreadingglasses.com/reading-sunglasses.html" target='_blank'>Sunglasses</a> and take a short walk is already a good start of exercise for me but not enough to warm my body up from the early morning breeze.  I live in a village near a beach so it would be cold every morning.  <br />After doing a few stretching and yawning I put on my sneakers and start walking until I reach the nearest bakeshop outside our village.
